We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase in their original packaging. If an item or item's packaging has minor damage in shipping; you must note, in detail, on the shippers documentation as "damaged" before taking possession of the product. If the item has significant damage please reject the shipment due to "shipping damage" and a replacement item will be shipped once the rejection tracking is confirmed. In each event the customer will be required to take pictures of the damage and email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may accurately complete your order as required by all commercial shipping companies' damage and loss departments.
