Workout from 3 positions

With three different height positions and a rotation function the workouts you can perform are unlimited.


Simple Height Adjustment

To adjust the height, pull the right knob towards you to remove the lock pin and move to the desired height.


Simple Rotation Adjustment

To rotate the handle positions from top to bottom, pull the left knob towards you to allow the unit to rotate.


Easy to read rotating console

After rotating the fan unit, the console can be rotated as well.


Progressive Fan Resistance and 14 Levels of Magnetic Resistance
