Overview
The HOIST® HD-3000 Dual Pulley Functional Trainer integrates innovative design with increased flexibility for a unique functional trainer perfect for any commercial or light commercial fitness facility. A space- efficient corner design allows for optimum placement to maximize space. The HD-3000 features five different pull-up grips with HOIST’s patented Flip N Grip® handles, convenient integrated step-up assist, 27 pulley positions and a variety of accessory storage locations. A dedicated suspension trainer attachment hook allows for even more exercise options with suspension straps and bands.

  • Step-Up Assist: Use the step-up assist to reach the pull-up or chin-up grips
  • Suspension Trainer Hook: Use this for suspension trainer exercises. (Unit must be secured to floor to use. 350lb max user weight)
  • Rock Grips: Rock grips allow for advanced pull-ups that work the forearm muscles
  • Flip N Grip Pull-Up Bars: Flip the grip bar back and forth for either pull-ups or chin-ups
  • Wide Grip & Neutral Pull-Up Grips: Wide and Neutral pull-up grip options for even more variety
  • Tablet & Accessory Holder: Holds unit accessories along with water bottles, tablet or phone and other items you need stored while working out.
