UMAX manufactures Laser Engraved Custom Logos in-house for UMAX series Dumbbells, Barbells and Olympic Plates.
Unlike pad printing or decal logos, laser engraved logos are permanent that will not be rubbed off or peeled off over time.
The logo processing starts from a blank weight head or plate. The logo image provided by a customer is processed and
input to a laser engraving machine. The machine engraves a deep cavity of the logo on urethane material. Colored urethane
paint is then filled into the engraved cavity. Once the paint cures, it forms the permanent colored logo that is bonded to the urethane weights.
